MONCONTAINER.COM is committed to protecting the privacy of its subscribers and in particular their personal information. In this context, this Privacy Policy will help you understand what personal data we collect and what we do with it, and how you can protect your privacy in connection with the services we provide.

1. WHAT TYPE OF DATA DOES MONCONTAINER COLLECT ABOUT YOU?

In the context of the order placed on our site and during the provision of these services, MONCONTAINER collects the following categories of data:

  1. Identification data: surname, first name, postal and e-mail address, telephone number, customer number, etc.
  2. Invoicing and/or payment data: bank details, means of payment, invoices, etc.
  3. Usage data: services subscribed to, products used, consumption, communications, etc.
  4. Customer relationship monitoring data: assistance requests, correspondence with the customer, etc.

2. HOW DOES MONCONTAINER USE YOUR DATA?

Moncontainer uses your data for the purposes of contract performance and management. This includes the management of your customer account and the contractual relationship, the installation, maintenance, provision and management of the subscribed service or ordered product, the provision of support and the processing of your requests, the dispatch, the invoicing of the service or product, the management of complaints and disputes and collection procedures, also through third parties.  
This data is kept for the time necessary to manage the contract and/or for the legal period. Without this data, Moncontainer would not be able to perform the services for which you have subscribed.

Moncontainer may also use your data when it has a legitimate interest. Your data will allow our site to evaluate and improve its services and to develop new ones, as well as to carry out customer loyalty actions, canvassing, surveys and promotions.
With your express consent, Moncontainer may send you commercial information about its services by e-mail. Finally, your data may also be used to ensure the security of the network and to prevent possible fraud or in the context of mergers, sales of assets or transfers of all or part of its business, by transferring your personal customer data to the third party or parties involved in the transaction as part of the transaction. This data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill these purposes and for a maximum of three years from the end of the contractual relationship regarding direct marketing.

Moncontainer may also use your data to comply with its legal obligations (including anti-fraud laws, money laundering laws and provisions regarding late or non-payment by the customer) and/or to respond to requests from public and governmental authorities

3. HOW CAN YOU MANAGE THE COLLECTION AND USE OF YOUR DATA?

You can access your data at any time, rectify it, request its deletion, oppose its processing for legitimate reasons due to your particular situation or exercise your right to the portability of your data, via your account or by sending an e-mail and proof of your identity to the address: contact@moncontainer.com. This is the address of the Data Protection Officer.
Data that Moncontainer needs for the purpose for which it was collected, that is necessary to comply with a legal obligation and/or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims may not be deleted.
By contacting the Data Protection Officer, you can also define directives concerning the fate of your personal data after your death.

You can register free of charge on an opposition list against telephone solicitation by third party companies on the website www.bloctel.gouv.fr.
In the event of a complaint to which Moncontainer has not given you a satisfactory response, you may contact the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL), which is responsible for compliance with the obligations relating to personal data

4. HOW DOES MONCONTAINER ENSURE THE SECURITY OF YOUR DATA?

Moncontainer takes the necessary steps to protect the personal data it processes. Your data is processed electronically and/or manually and in any event, in a manner that ensures its security, protection and confidentiality in accordance with its sensitivity, through administrative, technical and physical measures to prevent loss, theft, unauthorised use, disclosure or modification.

5. WHO MAY HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is processed by Moncontainer - SARL VALICIA and its subcontractors and partners, for the purposes of managing the contract and performing the services you have requested or authorised.
Your data may also be transferred to third party service providers who provide services or assistance and advice to Moncontainer.
Upon request, it may also be transferred to persons and authorities whose right of access to personal data is recognised by law, regulations or provisions issued by authorities empowered by law.

Moncontainer's subcontractors and partners may be located outside the European Union. Where such a processor or partner is located in a country that has not been recognised as providing an adequate level of protection, Moncontainer requires it to comply with its security and confidentiality requirements for your personal data and to process your data only for the purposes it has determined. Such processors and partners will have signed the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
